Clear Purpose

Your community should have a defined theme, mission, or focus

Management skills

You must be able to effectively manage people and projects

Committed Leadership

At least 1-2 student leaders ready to lead, organize, and take responsibility for the group.

Willingness to Collaborate

Be open to co-hosting, cross-community events, and working with the BLSC team.

Be a digital skills literate

Communicate, collaborate, and manage tasks effectively using digital tools. Stay updated with tech trends to boost productivity and solve problems efficiently.

Open and Inclusive

Your community must welcome all BLSC students regardless of background, identity, or academic path.
