The purpose of BLSC is to prepare students for international exams, study abroad, college- prep , career prep, etc.

This can be achieved through enrollment of students as members of the institution. Membership fee is $29 flat



The students would also have access to scholarship to study abroad. we would have school free or a reduced school fees for student who want to travel abroad. This would be achieved through our intensive training of the students


We can also connect with schools and companies in United States and other countries of your choice.


We would provide a program that would enhance the Nigerian teachers with professional development and introduce online teaching techniques. This would invariably make them more professional and skillful in their field.

Kayode C. Victor Adebowale

I am a product of the State University of New York (SUNY) school system, having completed all my postsecondary education, with the exception of my Masters in Education, at Stony Brook University. I am deeply passionate about global education, and currently involved in higher education and K-12 online and blended learning modalities of instructional delivery, as well as research on their efficacies. My leadership experiences as an Executive Director, a teacher, a coach, a mentor, and as a researcher, at K-20 levels, working at the levels of the state, city, national, and with global institutions in Africa, Asia, and North America is what I will bring to Blended Learning and Study Center. Below is an overview of some of my leadership experiences. At the K-12 level, I was part of the committee that wrote and published the Virtual Learning Program rubric adopted by New York State Education Department (NYSED), Rhode Island, and Massachusetts State Education Agencies (SEAs).Also, in my work with New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) as the Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP) coordinator and the School-Based Inquiry Team member, I led a group of teachers to improve the bottom third of the student population, while ensuring that 100% of our honor students were accepted into four-year degree-granting institutions. In this capacity, I implemented the first online course management system and online curriculum map for biology for the school and district. I also worked with the Three Village Central School District Board to close the State funding gap that existed between Long Island schools and the rest of the State. As a New York Academy of Science member, I promote the cause of science at the K-20 level. I have mentored several students who participated in various state, city, and national science fairs, where I also served as a judge. I served as a middle school soccer coach and a debate team coach for the Bridge Public School district. I am also a Boy Scouts Den Leader in the Trumbull Public School District. At the State level, I worked with NYSED Office of Educational Design and Technology as a research policy intern to develop and implement K-12 online and blended learning policies, specifically Commissioner's Regulation 100.5(d)(10)--credit for online and blended courses. I also helped evaluate, monitor, and manage the Virtual (online and blended) Advanced Placement grant, and wrote some policy briefs for the NYSED Board of Regents. At the higher education level, I pioneered and taught a hybrid research course to high school students at Stony Brook University (SBU) Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP). In fact, one of my students who was involved in varsity soccer kept up with the course by logging in remotely from wherever her game was held. I have taught online and blended undergraduate and graduate courses for the past seven years using Blackboard Learn, Moodle, Google Classroom, Adobe Connect, Blackboard Collaborate, Skype, and a host of other web 2.0 technologies; while focusing on my research on using predictive modeling to understand patterns of online and blended students’ interactions with course contents. I was a recipient of SUNY IITG grant with which we built the first open online and blended Japanese and Korean courses for the State University of New York (SUNY) school system. I also serve as a reviewer for the Computer and Education journal. Finally, I also assisted my advisor and Stony Brook University’s Department of Technology and Society to manage a blended (hybrid) Masters' program in Global Operations Management (GOM), which has students in Taiwan, China, and Korea receiving instruction from the Stony Brook campus. For the past years, we have presented some of our findings and effective practices from the GOM program at various conferences such as Sloan Consortium (now Online Learning Consortium (OLC)) and Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE).
